Non-Vintage Brut

The spirit of the House. Laurent Perrier prides itself on producing non-vintage champagnes to a very high standard, without relying on vintages for its outstanding reputation. There is a fresh, almost sinewy character that makes it perfect as an aperitif, or alongside poultry dishes.

Prior to bottling, sugar is added to champagne..The amount of sugar (dosage) determines the eventual sweetness. For Ultra Brut, absolutely zero sugar is added! Oysters or halloumi pairings will convince even the most apprehensive sweet-tooth.
