Here at Dallas Burston Polo Club | IXL Events Ltd. we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We take it very seriously and will only record the very minimum amount of data necessary to manage your bookings effectively and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.
However, we want you to enjoy the best possible experience with us, so, from time to time, we would like to contact you with the details of other products, services and events at our Club.
How Your Data is Collected
Your data is collected through a number of channels, including online bookings, membership sign-ups and subscriptions to our mailing list. The data is then stored securely, only accessible by our team. All the personal data we hold is kept in 6-month periods and processed by our staff in the UK. However, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information can be located on servers outside of our offices. Our hosts and maintenance suppliers are GDPR compliant.
Will this Data be Shared?
No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. IXL Events Ltd. will never share, publish or sell personal data held on our secure servers to any third parties not directly linked to the administration of your account that identifies you or any other person in your organisation. We will never pass your details onto any additional organisations other than to manage your account effectively.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect you may request to see this information, have it corrected or deleted.
